However, we understand that circumstances can change, leading to additional fees if complications arise. We recommend having a Minute of Agreement in place before proceeding for a smooth divorce process.

To qualify for our fixed fee rate:

Apply for divorce based on one year’s separation with consent or two years without
Resolve financial matters, potentially through a Minute of Agreement
No other court proceedings ongoing

For cases involving children under 16, a Simplified Divorce service is available starting at £225* (excl VAT & outlays). Trust us to guide you through the process with transparency and expertise.
