We have numerous Notary Publics across our offices who are authorised to certify, witness and authenticate signatures, documents and events for individuals and businesses. Our Notary Publics are all practicing solicitors with years of experience.

Our Notary Service for business covers but is not limited to the following:

Certifying company and business documents and/or transactions
Authentication of identity and signatures of the identity of Directors, company secretaries etc
Statutory declarations
Company certificates of good standing
Providing certified copies of company resolutions, minutes, reports etc
Share issues certified by a notary public

Please note...

To help things run smoothly and as quickly as possible, you must bring with you to the meeting your passport and another form of ID as proof of your address dated within the last six months.
