We are able to provide a specialist service regarding Wills*. All wills prepared by our Will writing service will be prepared and checked by a solicitor and registered Trust and Estate practitioner.

Please note that the Will Writing Service is intended for relatively straight forward Wills and in circumstances requiring a Trust, an inheritance tax efficient Will or specialist advice a consultation with the solicitor is advised. Details of our charges for standard Wills are noted below**

 Mutual or joint Wills are no longer prepared as these are contractual and may prevent subsequent changes and would not normally be recommended by your Solicitor. In some circumstances a contractual Minute of Agreement may be advised (e.g. to protect the inheritance of the children of a previous relationship).

*It will be necessary, before completion of a Will for the client, to provide us with evidence of identity, verification of current address together with verification of your National Insurance Number. Solicitors and mortgage lenders require to comply with regulations to prevent money laundering and and we shall require your driving licence or passport together with evidence of your current address e.g. Council Tax Demand, Rent Book, gas, telephone or electricity accounts and verification of your National Insurance Number.

If it is not convenient for you to call into the office, please arrange to forward the documents to us by post and we shall arrange for these to be returned as soon as the relevant details have been noted.

**The cost of a standard single Will is £100 inclusive of VAT and for a couple £150 inclusive of VAT. After you have submitted the online form, you will receive your Will in the post within ten working days. If the Will is correct, you just need to sign it. If there are any changes to be made, we will make them together. If we require further information, we will let you know.
